There was a member here that started making them, I purchased one right away, possibly the only one, but the mold was made from an un-mounted bumper so it did not fit an installed bumper as you can see in this pic (sorry for cell phone pics). 
It was also very flimsy and had multiple cracks in it as I opened the box. It sat in my garage for a long time until just recently I decided to cut it up and try and make it work. Here's what it looks like held in place by painters tape after a lot of fitment work. 
I've still got a lot of fiberglassing, re-enforcing and finishing/painting to do but I'll take some better pics when it's all done. If you want one, I believe custom is the only way right now. -Adam
